Susan Wolf

Dan and Susan are licensed Realtors in the state of Kentucky, representing clients throughout the Greater Louisville area including Oldham, Shelby, Bullitt and Spencer counties. Their real estate career began in 2013, buying and managing investment properties. In 2014, Dan left his 16+ year career as an energy broker and teamed up with his wife Susan, who had 15+ years in marketing and client relations. Together, they are The Wolf Team.

Dan and Susan both whole-heartedly believe that homeownership and real estate investing is an important enhancement to everyone’s financial portfolio. They share a passion for helping others achieve their personal real estate goals and have built a solid and loyal client base around the community through their professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to always put their clients’ needs first. Dan and Susan are both originally from Louisville, Kentucky. Susan was raised in the Audubon Park and St Matthews neighborhoods, and is a Sacred Heart Academy and University of Louisville alumna. She enjoys reading, gardening, traveling and is working on perfecting the art of minimalism. Dan was raised just outside Chicago, Illinois and is a graduate of LT High School and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and enjoys guitar, fitness, a good ribeye and believes ice cream should be its own food group. Together, they adore their four children and a goldendoodle, and love hiking, live music, stand-up comedy and bourbon.
