Bought a home in 2009 in Cape May Landing, Essex, MD 21221. Susie is easily the first person whom I have ever given five stars in every category. I cant say enough good things about Susie Sudek. We are not related in anyway, but I have always felt like family when working with Susie. Although I have only bought one property with her, we have worked together extensively over the past 5 years, looking at investment property. She never runs out of energy or time for her clients. She was raised in, and her roots go way back in the East Baltimore waterfront with her grand parents lliving in Bowley;'s Quarters. She has been an agent for 10 years, tracks the trends, and knows the value of the properties. She has plenty of experience in marketing homes in every price category and takes a hands on approach to making suggestions to the home owner to improve the saleability of your home. I have never felt I was given the brush off. Susie is incredibly responsive often taking calls on weekends when entertaining her family and friends. Most importantly, she has a pleasant demeanor and a personality that is never pushy, and always up beat, despite a recent heatlh condition that would have put me in a very bad mood 24/7!!! Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $200K in Baltimore, MD. Having to move, let alone finding a place to live in 3 months isn't exactly the easiest thing to do. I wasn't sure where to start and I was very hesitant in trying to find a realtor that I could trust who wouldn't only be worried about themselves. Susie was able to give me and my husband piece of mind, knowing that we had someone looking out for our best interest. Susie was very knowledgable when it came to different areas throughout Maryland, finding what would suite our needs while also staying in our budget. We were able to communicate daily whether it was in the morning, afternoon or evening. My husband and I work two different shifts, so viewing different houses together was a bit difficult. Taking the time out of her schedule, Susie was able to show me homes in the morning. While in the evening she would take my husband. This was able to save us both time and worry. Any time I had a question Susie was only a text or call away, always ready to give or find me an answer. My time spent with Susie was a very enjoyable experience. Her knowledge and can do attitude was able to place my husband and I in not just a house but our dream home. Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $150K in Baltimore, MD. I was REFERRED to Susie. Through my process of buying a home with her she was very knowledgeable with the whole process and very responsive to my messages. Every time I wanted to look at a house she would get me in to see it immediately even around her busy schedule. She is someone who will always put you first. She has a great personality, is very compassionate and never one to be pushy. Five years later she is still my realtor- any questions that I have I know I can send her an e-mail and she will immediately respond. It feels good to know that I can go years without talking to her, but know she will still be there when I need her! I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

She took us to a variety of homes in the area and the input she gave was very helpful. Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $400K in Baltimore, MD. Our family had an instant need for residence due to relocation. Susie was actually recommended to us by another agent, who felt HER knowledge of waterfront and relocation was insufficient to properly assist us. How lucky we are that the previous agent did this. There were so few questions Susie could not answer, and if she could not she found out the answer immediately. She was a professional team player at each step of the negotiations, and partnered with our realtor where we were selling our current home as well. As a buyer and a family we developed 100% trust in Susie and her judgment. We just closed on our new home and there is no one else I would recommend for your family.
