Susanne Holmes

Susie has a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Elizabethtown College in Lancaster County, PA, and a master's degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh.

After working as a Social Worker for over 10 years, Susie stopped to have three children. Her and her husband are officially "empty nesters" as of the fall of 2022. They all graduated from North Allegheny High School and are now attending Temple University, Ohio University and Kent State University. Yes! Three in college for the 2022-2023 year!!

Since the Pittsburgh Magazine started the "Five Start Real Estate Agent" award in 2010, Susie has been selected by her clients for 12 years! She is way more pleased with this recognition than any production award!! Susie has also been recognized as one of the "Who's Who in Residential Real Estate" for 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 by the Pittsburgh Business Times.
