Our experience with Susheilla was outstanding! As a family returning from an expat assignment abroad, the process can be quite complicated, but Su made herself available and stayed on top of all items to help us with the organization and purchase of our new home. On a recent business trip I spent a full day with Su looking at more than 8 houses and it really allowed us to build a relationship and have confidence that she knew what we were looking for. She then became our "eyes and ears" on the ground while we were still overseas. I felt that Su really wanted to help us and we weren't just another client, but were treated like family. Our house had not been able to be sold by other realtors over last couple of seasons, but Susheilla, Sarah and the Kee Realty team were able to sell the house in 2 days and more than asking. It is amazing! The process was so easy for us. We really loved the marketing, pictures and aggressiveness of Susheilla in representing the house in the sales process. Susheila "Sue" was such a breath of fresh air" to work with. My situation was a delicate one as Sue went out of her way to assist any way she could in selling my elderly mom's home where I grew up and my mom lived there for 43. Many things my mom was unsure about but Sue guided us and ensured us that everything was going to work out, and it did. I called past working hours and she calmed my nerves as well. My girlfriend and myself were first time home buyers. In the market we were in, during the Pandemic, it was absolutely crazy trying to find a house. Su did everything they could to find us a home and close on it as fast as possible. We ended up having issues with our first lender which lead us to another lender who was recommended by Su to get the job done. To say Su is the best around is an understatement. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone.
