Susie Cheesman began her Real Estate career in 2001 by using her skills and experience as a previous Corporate Recruiter for an International Financial Services Corporation. The fast pace, high volume position laid a perfect foundation for the easy transition into becoming a Realtor. Both careers contain core principles that involve assisting clients with a Fresh New Start; whether a new job or a new home!

Susie lives by The Golden Rule in that she treats others as she would want to be treated, with respect and compassion.

Susie originally relocated to Tampa from Buffalo, New York, so she understands the steps in moving long distance as well as locally. Her referral of local contacts and out of state fellow Realtor professionals are comforting to a client new to the area or moving out of the area.

As Susie takes you through the process of either buying or selling a home, her clients never have to worry about the small details and deadlines. She welcomes the opportunity to professionally assist, with a smile, her clients needs of selling, buying or simply consulting.
