Susie Foote

Susie is a licensed, full-time Realtor® broker in the state of Colorado, licensed since January of 2004. She has over 30 years of extensive business experience managing and negotiating large multi-million dollar contracts for a Fortune 100 company as well as several start-ups. In addition, she has spent a number of years working in the land development arena here in the Pikes Peak Region, focusing on land acquisition for the purposes of developing multi-family housing. Since January of 2007, her focus has been in Residential Real Estate.

As real estate is ever changing, she makes it her mission to continually educate herself in specialized service areas so that she can provide her clients with the premier service and counsel they deserve. She currently holds specialized designations which include GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, 96 hours of study), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist, focuses on baby boomer and senior citizens’ uniquely tailored needs), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) , and CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist).
