Susie Johnson is the best realtor you will ever hope to have! She is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, fun, gives you perfect advice on which repairs in your home to invest in, tells you where you don’t need to spend money, has references for any service you need, does comprehensive comparisons to set your price….but what she does best is what I never even considered as the greatest need we would have in our home sale—-she is a top notch negotiator during the complicated arduous process AFTER the sale! She helps you navigate all the issues that invariably come up before the closing. And you get a free truck!
Anyway….you’d be crazy to use anyone else!
