Susie Lauterborn

Susie started her real estate career back in 2002 when she obtained her real estate license while working for a top Center City condo broker. Fast forward to present day, she's gone from novice newcomer to a well-respected expert in the industry.

As a true "city kid" from birth, Susie romanticizes the city and truly loves helping others find their place here. She definitely won't correct anyone who says "wooder" but she will boo your favorite non-Philadelphia sports team (in good fun). Susie was born & raised in the Olde Kensington section of Philadelphia, is a graduate of Hallahan High School, and currently resides in Fishtown.

Outside of the Real Estate world, Susie is a self-described travel junkie who thrives on jet-setting around the globe with her husband Doug. Together they've visited 3 continents, 20 countries, 20 baseball stadiums (10 to go!), and countless cities in between. She loves animals of all kinds and is a dog mom to her French Bulldogs Sophie and Benny. When she's not in the office, you can find Susie taking long walks in the neighborhood, fostering dogs, and eating all the vegan food the city has to offer.
