Susie Shina is the bomb.com!!! She should wear a Wonder Woman cape all day, every day, because she gets the job done in true super hero fashion. She is professional, personable, knowledgeable and comical all balled into one amazing Realtor! Her enthusiasm is contagious! Her experience and the other reviews here speak volumes about her dedication to her profession of helping people find their happy place.

My first encounter with her was at a point when I had taken my home off the market, because it wasn't selling. I was totally done! At, least that's what I thought until I met Susie Shina. She showed up from the heavens one fine day wearing her invisible cape, and not only did she bring me a seller that made an offer the same day; she found my family and I the nicest new construction at a GREAT price with skillfully negotiated upgrades. And, my buyer threw in some nice perks too, thanks to Susie. I was in total awe! It was beyond what I expected.

Susie is the truth! She tells no lies, but she will tell a joke or two to break the monotony (ha!). Roll with Susie and let her sell your home or help you find a new one. You won't regret it. And, you won't ever throw her business card away.

10 STARS! Susie is The Bomb! My house sat on the market for months, under another realtor, with no movement. When I contacted Susie, she intuitively knew what the problem was! She could actually sense what needed to be done and even "what the house wanted!" Her insights were invaluable and totally "Opened up the floodgates!" I have never worked with such an inspiring energetic, knowledgeable, and insightful Realtor. I highly recommend Susie, her unique skills, knowledge and perspectives get the job done! And you'll even have fun along the way!
