She got us going from day one and argued very convincingly to make sure we had a realistic listing price. Sussan told us exactly what we needed to do and what was less important to attend to, and she provided us with contacts for inspectors, stager, businesses, gardeners and contractors. She even took care of some of our plants that we otherwise would have had to dispose of. She was in daily contacts with us through visits, email, phone and text messages. Although Sussan had several open houses during this time, we felt as if she was working 100% on our case. She was the seller's agent for the home. In talking with Sussan, it was apparent that the house was well prepared and professionally staged for showing on the market, and that she had worked closely with the seller to ensure it showed at its best. Though the home did not met our particular needs, Sussan expressed a genuine interest in helping us explore our options and immediately followed up with a phone call to set a time to meet. From that point on Sussan worked hard for us attending to all the details related to viewing homes for purchase, preparing our existing homes for the market, monitoring market trends and prices, and determining the ideal timing for listing our home to get the best price. Sussan was a wealth of knowledge and resources (contractors, inspectors, etc.) to help us through all aspects of our project. She was conscientious in laying out a plan, project schedule, and managing the timing of all the details, taking mush of the stress off our shoulders.
