Sussan Sohayegh

Sussan Sohayegh in a member of Coldwell Banker's International President's Circle and

recognized as a top agent in the company. She has been a realtor for 24 years and her

main goal is to help make buying or selling a home as seamless as possible. Sussan

has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, but because of her passion to assist

people in their journey to find their dream home, she chose to work in the real estate field.

Sussan is a member of our team helping the military, veterans, and their families

obtain housing. She is also a member of our relocation team, helping to relocate

corporate executives and manage other referrals.

Sussan's strengths lie in her negotiation skill, willingness to cooperate with other

brokers, being a consummate professional, all with a patient and caring nature. She

always puts the concerns of her clients and customers above her own and represents

them in a straightforward and clear manner.

Sussan has lived on Long Island for 40 years and has raised her family here, being an

active member of the community.
