Sue Cingari is the consummate real estate professional. During our transaction, she made herself constantly available to answer questions, to provide access to the property we purchased, and, perhaps most importantly, to push the transaction along while simultaneously managing anxieties on both sides of the deal when we had some hiccups in advance of closing. Her knowledge of the market not only provided context for the agreed-upon pricing, but also gave us confidence that the investment we planned to make in improvements would be commensurate with other houses in the area. It was a pleasure to work with her and I highly recommend her.

Where to start??
I met Sue around 2007, at an open house. She and I really hit it off.

I kept her information and returned to Florida, where I was living.

Sue kept in touch with me. When I moved to Stamford, Sue found the perfect townhouse for me, close enough to walk my kids to school. It was perfect for the year to get settled.

Once I was ready to buy, Sue had already located a cute little Cape in the Cove. She showed me a few other homes to compare, but she was right, that original house was perfect for me.

She negotiated a price that I could afford and I got my dream home.

We still keep in touch! Sue is an absolute delight and an expert in her field!
