Suzanne knows the local market and provides extensive marketing and services plan. We had a renter occupied property that was not well maintained. Suzanne provided the ideas of repairs or remodel that would be necessary to place the property in the market. Suzanne assisted us with repair and remodel estimates and helped to manage the project updates including the final staging. She provided professional advice, market survey and listed our property with fair market value. Suzanne always kept us informed throughout the listing process and handle all issues quickly so that we sold the property in above a month. Suzanne is willing to do thing outside of her specific scope of work in a professional manner. For example, we had a renter who refused to leave after the lease expired over one month. Suzanne offered mitigating the issue by negotiating with the renter and recommended the other rental properties to them. During the repair and remodel, she helps to select the color and materials as well as recommend the contractors for our property. She is a very responsible professional and we are very glad to work with her.

Suzanne helped us sell our house in Alexandria and let’s just say she’s the realtor you want on your side in any transaction.

Her advice was very valuable when we were preparing the house for sale. She helped us decide which repairs to make and even recommend contractors who did good work at affordable rates. Thanks to her, we saved money and headaches. She even helped supervise some of the work.
She also did a great job marketing our home especially because only a limited pool of buyers were eligible to purchase it. Our next door neighbor was scaring away potential buyers because of their landscaping but Suzanne laid out a plan which got the issue fixed to the satisfaction of both us and our neighbor and found us a buyer soon after.

Working with Suzanne was a treat and we’ve remained friends. She fiercely advocated for us and we are happy to have chosen her.

We used Suzanne to buy our first home in 2012 and then again in 2019 to sell it. As a first time home buyer, Suzanne walked me through every step of the process, had tons of advice, was SO supportive and helped me keep on top of all of my tasks for my lender. She paid attention to every detail, even asking our home inspector to review basic maintenance with me (covering what I needed to do seasonally, annually, etc) and going over things like where the hot water shutoff is, how to troubleshoot small issues and repairs in the home. I've never forgotten that, or how helpful it was.
In 2019 when we were relocating from VA to FL, it was never a question of who we would trust to sell our home. Suzanne was ready to help us, gave us a task list of things she suggested we do before we listed (small repairs, painting, de-cluttering, etc), followed up with us as we got the home ready and gave good advice with regards to pricing. Most importantly she listened to us when we talked about what price to list for and had very open communication with us about it. We had an offer $2k under asking within 2 days of listing our home.
We would use Suzanne 1000 times over if we could. There is no one that knows Northern VA better, and no one that takes her professional standards and ethics more seriously

We recently had the pleasure of working with Suzanne in selling our home from late Oct. 2020 until it sold on Jan. 22, 2021. We found a home we loved and had to sell quickly. Suzanne met with us in our home to decide what our budget was and what repairs and upgrades were needed. Our budget was tight and she developed a Marketing and Services plan and timeline to get the work done. She referred us to a contractor and other vendors she had worked with before, handled the work estimates and managed the project every step of the way. Suzanne staged our house with some of what we had and items she uses for that purpose. The contractor started on Nov. 23rd and made sure all work was done by Dec. 17, 2020. We started showing our house on the 17th and had 8-10 offers by Dec. 20th! Suzanne’s was professional and with her vast experience and knowledge the work was done according to the timeline. We closed on our house Jan. 22, 2021 for over the list price and with the terms of sale we desired. She kept us informed during the whole process before and after settlement. Suzanne followed up with the agent for our new home in finding an apartment since there for a few months before we moved into our new home. She was wonderful to work professionally and personally. We would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their home!

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Suzanne Everett of ReMax Allegiance for the SECOND time and cannot be more grateful for all her knowledge and professionalism in the real estate market. Several years ago, I employed Susanne to find me a place to purchase. With a severely limited budget and tight restrictions on location for schools, neighborhood, etc. Suzanne was very patient and dedicated in finding me the "perfect fit:". Now, several years later, I had to sell this property and Suzanne was there again with her vast knowledge of the market and professional advice to me. The property was in need of some renovations to achieve maximum results, and Suzanne knew exactly where I should spend my scarce dollars. Needless to say, selling a property over the Christmas holiday season is not an easy task, however, through her knowledge of what updates were most important and pricing the property well, she delivered me a contract within 3 days . . . yes, 3 days! Less than two months later, we closed yesterday!! I am so grateful and highly recommend Suzanne to anyone needing real estate services.
