Suzanne Feese

Gay Girls Real Estate of Tampa Bay Barb Rowland and Suzanne Feese are experienced realtors with PalmerHouse Properties. They are based out of the PalmerHouse Decatur (GA) and St. Petersburg (FL) offices. They work as a two-person team on all transactions to maximize service and value for all of their clients.

Barb has been a full time realtor for nearly two decades, and Suzanne began her real estate career in 2016, after 20 plus years as a corporate tax lawyer. They launched their small but hardworking team of two at Palmerhouse Properties office in Downtown Decatur on January 1, 2016. Most recently, they were very excited to expand to St. Petersburg, FL, opening the first Palmerhouse Properties office there effective January 1, 2019, while maintaining their Atlanta/Decatur business full time as well (divide and conquer!).
