From the very beginning Suzanne was nothing but helpful and knowledgeable. Showing us homes she knew we would like and willing to meet whenever we were available. When we found our home she went above and beyond helping every step of the way to make sure we got to closing with no issues. From sending us e mail reminders of what calls to make and sending us lists of stores to shop in and landscapers to make our home even more beautiful. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in Bergen County New Jersey!!!

Suzanne’s responsiveness to our questions and concerns through the hair-raising process of selling our house and buying a new house was nothing short of superb. Communication was top notch and she was helpful, detailed and thoughtful in taking care of staging, the selling point which resulted in over 67 families coming in for the open house. She never pushed us in a direction that would benefit her and she always looked out for us. I highly recommend Suzanne. As first-time home buyers, we were definitely nervous about the process and had lots of questions. Suzanne was always a text or a phone call away, and she didn’t mind talking early in the morning or late in the evening. Our eventual home received multiple bids, and Suzanne did a great job managing our expectations while also helping us to identify our financial comfort and the right decision for our family. She never pushed us to go higher—the focus was always on what was best for our family, and we really appreciated that. When the home inspection came back with a relatively significant issue, Suzanne stepped in to help us negotiate a more appropriate home price that factored in the new information, and we were able to put that $19,000 savings toward a complete repair. On closing day, Suzanne was at our new home with champagne and was just as excited as we were. She was a professional the whole way through, but just as important to my wife and I, she treated us like her own family. We trusted her and she delivered. 5 stars all the way, could not have had a better experience.
