Suzanne came to my home 4 times prior to listing.
2 times by herself to discuss pricing and details of the process. 1 time with her assistant and 1 time with her stager. The customer service was tremendous. Not mention all the over the phone contact. The sold in one day at 82000$ over asking price. Her strategy definitely created at price war that for me top dollar for my home. In short, I would highly recommend her to sell your home!
