Suzanne Kensington has excelled in every field she has worked. Her experience includes owning and operating businesses in the custom home building, real estate and mortgage lending industries. Now, her attention and drive are focused on real estate. With a sharp eye for detail and the ability to adapt in rapidly changing market conditions, she has become an expert in general, luxury and short sale real estate transactions. She currently holds the designation of Certified Short Sale Property Expert, Certified Distressed Property Expert and Certified Military Residential Specialist.
Suzanne understands the importance of hard work, diligence, and persistence. She believes in working with her Agent counter parts to accomplish their mutual goal. As a practice she stays on top of continued education and enjoys networking. She currently holds a real estate license in Arizona and previously in Utah.
As a proud mother of three daughters and grandmother of one, Suzanne puts family first. She is passionate about supporting the needs of those who are developmentally disabled, as she has a daughter with autism. She donates her time and passion to the Human Rights Committee for AZ DDD to protect these individual’s rights.
