Suzanne McMillan graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1996 and built a successful career as an interior designer. Her background in communications helped her develop strong client relationships, which is paramount in managing collaborative & creative design projects. Her expertise is in space planning, historic preservation, new construction, and home improvement remodels. As a Realtor, Suzanne's unique perspective allows her to look at each property with a keen designer's eye to see its potential, special for each client.
Suzanne has also been a fitness professional for 25 years, as a personal trainer/group fitness instructor/safety trainer for the YMCA and as a health & wellness business owner with strategic partnerships with Metro Nashville Public Schools, YMCA of Middle Tennessee, Williamson County schools, Nashville private schools & universities, and many local businesses.
After living in the Vanderbilt/Belmont University area, she and her husband planted roots in the Hendersonville/Goodlettsville area to raise their family of 5 children, 2 Labrador Retrievers, and even some chickens! Suzanne has always had a passion for cooking (and eating!!!) local foods and supporting regional farmers.
