Suzanne began her real estate career in May 2007. With years of marketing and advertising experience, she has knowledge of strategic planning, time management, and exceptional customer service.
In 2008, she was awarded Jim Maloof/Realtor's Rookie of the Year and the Multi-Million Dollar Round Table Award. A proud member of the Peoria Area Association of Realtor's President's Club, Jim Maloof/Realtor's $100 Million Club, and President's Inner Circle, they strive for excellence to help their clients' every need! Suzanne received the PAAR 2020 Realtor of the Year Award.
A past President of the Peoria Area Association of Realtors, Suzanne remains continually active in their association. As a Major Investor in RPAC, she is proud to help protect private property rights for her clients. As a Certified Relocation Specialist, she helps many clients who move to and from her wonderful community.
Suzanne came to Peoria in 1993 to Bradley University from Louisville, Kentucky, and received degrees in Music Performance (Cello) and Psychology. Her husband, Andy, and she live in the Heart of Peoria with their two daughters, Piper, and Parker. Being active in the community, she is passionate about helping others. She has been an integral part of the American Cancer Society, co-founding the Golf Classic. She is an avid runner and has finished many races including 13 half marathons and five marathons including over 18 years as a runner for St. Jude Runs including the Memphis Run. She has been part of the orchestra in Grace Family Christmas for the past 20 years while also playing with different quartets and duos.
Suzanne puts her energy into everything she puts her mind to. As a mother, wife, and friend, she makes her clients her family.
