Suzanne more than exceeded our expectation when we recently listed our home in Colonie. Suzanne became familiar to us a couple years ago at Christmas time, as every year she and her children gather donations for the Toys for Tots program, in several Colonie neighborhoods. Shortly, after, I couldn’t help notice her name on several listings of homes that were selling in our area. With a retirement relocation planned for the end of June, we needed advice on everything for selling our property, so we contacted Suzanne. Talk about service, after a brief phone call, she said she could meet us the next day which happened to be New Year’s Day. Suzanne was very informative, knowledgeable and best of all honest. We followed her advice on timing, pricing and a short to-do list. As a result our home sold a little over two days after it was listed and, for full asking price. Outstanding!! I would strongly recommend Suzanne Prezio to anyone seeking top notch professional real estate service and results.

Suzanne was terrific as our listing agent. She did a great job providing us with information as to setting a fair market price for our house. She helped to stage our house and offer advice that would make our house more attractive to potential buyers. She was always available when we had questions. She did a great job promoting our house on her web site with many pictures. We had a contract in just a few days. Suzanne is a pleasure to work with.

Suzanne listed our home in Colonie, NY on March 1, 2013 on March 19 we accepted an offer on a price we were thrilled with and a closing date we were over the moon about (end of the school year). She made the process look and feel easy. She knows this marketplace forwards and backwards and makes sure she prices your home right where it needs to be so she can negotiate like no other. She went through my neighborhood with flyers of my home and met my neighbors face to face, telling them to tell their friends and help pick their new neighbor. My neighborhood loved that- it's nice to find out when and how and what's going on when a sign goes up in your neighborhood! It's simple. Suzanne is the best. If you are buying a home in the Capital District she will find you one for the right price. If you are selling yours, she will get it done!
