I have had the pleasure of working with Suzanne and her team a couple of times. I staged a home she listed and she was clear about what was needed to bring that home to market. She helped us find our new dream home in Peekskill. We were looking for a place with a spacious backyard and a modern kitchen, and she delivered on both fronts. The house had a beautiful outdoor patio where we could entertain friends and family, and the kitchen was equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. The master bedroom had a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom, which was a huge plus. We were also pleasantly surprised by the neighborhood - it was quiet and friendly, with lots of parks and green spaces nearby. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our new home and we have her to thank for it.

Suzanne Welch and her team were extremely qualified to handle the momentous job of selling our house. We had an 1890s Queen Anne, 5 bedrooms, 3,300 SqFt home that we raised our family in over 15 years. Suzanne put us in touch with a reasonably-priced contractor to help with painting and other updates. She also had a strong attorney in her network, and acquiring the certificate of occupancy was a breeze.

Our home sold in a month, and we were very satisfied. She knows all of the steps and guided us accordingly. Cheers to you and your team!

I met Suzanne in Dec 2022. At our initial meeting she demonstrated that she was smart, highly experienced about the real estate market and confident that she would sell my home.
I listed in February 2023. She staged the house, made recommendations to me in order to facilitate interest in the property and what do you think happened?.

Suzanne is the person you would want in your corner with a real estate transaction and more. She is very knowledgeable in her craft, tenacious and an all around great person and friend to work with. It’s not an understatement when she says she can get stuff done and moving. She knows how to work with difficult players and has the diplomatic charm to get the ball moving when they become stuck during negotiations. Suzanne was the lifeblood of moving my deal from the ask, breaking down the seller, changing from conventional to FHA (which most sellers hate), inspection, hammering the seller for concessions following the inspection, FHA inspection and those were the easy parts. When we were in contract and stuck with unresponsive players on the other side, Suzanne worked her charm and got both sides to talk and get moving. My deal could not have happened if it was not for Suzanne. But here’s the best part, when you partner with Suzanne you are not just getting her; you are tapping into her rolodex of amazing contacts- movers and shakers of a plethora of industries. Suzanne helped me with a phenomenal mortgage broker, hooked me up with a general contractor and more. This is the person you want batting for you. I love working with her. My experience using Suzanne as my listing agent was absolutely stress free . Any questions I had along the process she was always available and happy to answer them . Suzanne takes on the responsibility of listing the house like she was personally selling her own house which led to the outcome of getting an amount way over asking price . Suzanne is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond for her clients to make sure they find their dream home. We were long distance clients, and she took the extra steps to answer all of our questions, conduct visits/tours over FaceTime, and even gave additional tours to our close family on our behalf.

After the closing process, she checked in on us multiple times to ensure we were settling into our new home. It’s this personal touch that we appreciate the most.

Thanks to Suzanne, it took less than a week to sell our home. I couldn't be happier with my experience selling my house with Suzanne. I moved across the country suddenly for a job and my husband stayed in NY and prepared our house to sell, where we lived for 19 years. Suzanne was extremely helpful in identifying the most important repairs/enhancements needed and connecting us to skilled tradesmen who could do the work well, at a fair price and on our short timeline.

Once the work was done, she arranged for the photography and staging to occur immediately so my husband could move out too.
She was at our house every time an inspection of any kind was needed and always made sure the process was thoroughly completed by all parties. We felt very well represented by Suzanne while we were 3,000 miles away.

Her advice and strategy were very straight-forward and effective, her knowledge of the area proved invaluable. She is hard-working, reliable, trustworthy and smart but still manages to be a pleasure to talk to and work with. We followed her recommendations on everything including price and we were very pleased with the results.

I have worked with Suzanne on numerous inspections. I always find her to be actively advocating for her clients and actively interacting during the inspection. She takes great interest in the items that I highlight and moves to contacting sellers agents to clarify any questions that arise. When I am done with the inspection she ask the tough questions for her clients so there are no surprise's when the report arrives. She truly works extra hard for her clients to find them a home that will become their forever home, and isn't disappointed when her clients need more time to find the right home for them. Suzanne helped my family sell two houses at once. She was sensitive to both mine and my husbands needs and wants. There was never a time I could not reach her when I need her. Selling a house is a emotional thing and she 100% understood how much both homes meant to us. The professional photographs of both homes were amazing and looking great in the marketing.
