This was our 2nd time working Suzette - first time she assisted us with buying our home in Waxhaw. That was such a professional and personal experience (yes our kids really enjoyed Suzette's company and treats) that we engaged her again 5 years later to sell the same house as we were relocating. But we actually ran a proper competition, and Suzette came prepared with a plan and additional value propositions. She was very open to our suggestions on the price, open house frequency and was very agile in addressing the changing local market. Both Suzette and her assistant Amy (you are awesome!) were super hands on in helping us getting the house organized for the showing - they actually rolled up the sleeves and it was a huge help. I like the fact that Suzette is very data driven so the conversations are less emotional. She is diligent and follows-up on actions and always available to help (she was super engaged and took it upon herself to check on the house once we moved out to make sure the closing would go seamlessly)- I have bought and sold houses in different states multiple times and Suzette is by far the best!

We met with her and discussed the kind of house we were looking for and she sent many houses that were a good match in the following weeks. Eventually we found the perfect home for us and Suzette was by our side the entire time. She was always honest with us and gave us good advice on what we should do. My wife and I were looking to move into a bigger house to start our family, so we reached out to Suzette to get the process started. I had seen the work Suzette did with both my parents and brother when they were looking to buy/sell, so I knew when the time came for us to buy a new home, she was going to be my first call. Not only was Suzette the agent for our new home, but she also helped us sell our existing home. The entire experience for both buying and selling exceeded all expectations, and they were already high to begin with. We toured around 4-5 houses before finding the home we loved. Once we decided to put in an offer – everything from the negotiations, follow ups, inspections, walkthroughs, closing, etc. she was there every step of the way. On closing day, Suzette provided a binder with everything about our house inside (the inspection reports, surveys, house plan, layouts). It was just a first-class treatment.

The townhouse we owned previously we wanted to list for sale. After doing a walkthrough of the house, Suzette recommended some things that we could do to improve the home and provided a contractor for each trade (her list of contacts is extensive). Every single contractor that came out was awesome to work with and did a great job. Once the work was complete, Suzette had prepared brochures, provided some staging material, done all the marketing, and got the house ready for open house. One day after our open house ended, we were under contract.

I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a realtor to reach out to her. You’ll understand what I mean when you get to see her work.

Suzette was recommended to me by a friend as "one of the only value add realtors" she had worked with. Suzette lived up to this statement! Working with her was such a pleasure. We had a rough but inconsistent idea of what we wanted. She was able to make sense of our ramblings and generate thought provoking searches along with other ideas that lead us to the house of our dreams. Suzette has a data driven approach to parsing through options and displayed a lot of creativity from her 20 years in the business to help us find our house.

Outside of the house hunting, Suzette constantly went above and beyond and showed that she cared about us, not just about closing. Whenever we had a issue, directly or indirectly related to the house, Suzette figured out a way to help us around it. As an example, she introduced us to a contact to help us acquire appliances for our house with a delayed payment (so we would not effect closing). This was not something we asked her to help with but she sensed the problem and proactively offered a path to a solution.

Suzette's driving principle is to meet and help great people, and it really shows. She is relentless, hustles for her clients and is a forceful negotiator.

We could not recommend Suzette more strongly. If you are a first time home buyer (like us) she will explain every step of the process and every part of a house. If you are an experienced buyer and looking for a partner that can keep up with you, Suzette is your person.

I don't think this space is large enough to explain how wonderful Suzette was to work with. She showed us so many houses that we requested from viewing what was available on Zillow that I lost count. She had to FaceTime me in Wilmington, NC and my daughter and her fiancé in WPB, FL on each one of those viewings. During each viewing she looked closely at every detail and pointed out the good and not so good that she knew we weren't able to see by not being there. The perfect house that we finally found was a listing she recommend that wasn't even scheduled to come on the market for another 20 days. We were referred to Suzette by a neighbor after a nightmare experience with another realtor. Suzette was very professional, proactive, to the point. She has a great team and works fast and very effective. Our home for on market for 3 months before we contacted her with only 2 showings. We got very discouraged and took our home off the market. We were trying to find a home in Charlotte while traveling and she helped us tremendously by viewing the listing for us, taking videos/photos followed up by phone conference to discuss details of the homes. Suzette is absolutely amazing! Her level of professionalism and responsiveness is unmatched, I don’t think she ever sleeps. We worked with Suzette to both sell and purchase a home and couldn’t be more impressed and satisfied. She was extremely informative about the area and communities, has a keen eye when walking potential homes, and is extremely detailed in her analysis of the market. She was very helpful answering all our questions and guiding us through the stressful process of negotiating, closing our properties as well as recommending repair experts. I would not consider using anyone else in the future.

The BEST of the BEST of the BEST!!!

We can't say enough good things about Suzette!! She is not only an outstanding agent, but a fabulous, kind, generous and all around wonderful human being!!

We worked with Suzette over the course of a few months and her support was invaluable since we were looking at relocating from Upstate NY to NC and were obviously not able to just hop into the car to view homes as they were coming onto the market.

We trusted her enough to literally put in an offer on a home sight unseen - if you don't count the videos she sent while doing a viewing on our behalf - which is HUGE, considering that my husband won't even buy a pair of socks without giving it some serious thought. LOL

We ALWAYS felt like we were her most important clients. She answered every text and every email quickly and more often than not caught potential issues before they ever turned into problems. She held our hands during the entire process and I can honestly say that we couldn't have done this without her. Suzette was one person we needed in our corner to make our relocation all the less stressful. We have a bit of a large family...say, seven kids. We had some unique challenges.
