Her intimate knowledge and expertise of the area's real estate trends coupled with her community involvement uniquely qualifies her as an expert resource for home buyers and sellers. Today, she focuses her efforts on luxury lakefront properties in the Windermere and Olde Windermere communities.

Suzi's charitable interests are those that involve children, pets, and her community. Eager to give back in any way that she can, she often finds herself serving on local hospital boards as well as other civic organizations.
Currently a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Florida, Karr has also held real estate licenses in Hawaii and California. She holds a Gold Key certification as well as her Home Staging certification. She currently a member of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association, the National Association of REALTORS® and served as immediate past president of the West Orange Chamber of Commerce Committee.
