Suzi was outstanding throughout our home search and eventual purchase! Being a first time home buyer, we had a lot of questions about the process and Suzi was knowledgeable and very responsive. We had specific things we were looking for in a home and she searched diligently/was ready to act as soon as the right house came up. Suzi was honest and fair throughout the process. She was consistent when we talked to her about what we thought the house was worth, and was persistent in getting us the best deal possible, even with a difficult seller. She spent her own time to meet with contractors, to help with bids and estimates that potential buyers wanted in order to help them decide on potential offers. Suzi was wonderful throughout every aspect of purchasing a home for my elderly parents. We told her exactly what we wanted, and how much we were willing to spend. Every property she told us about fit the parameters that we gave to her.
