As a lifelong resident of New Canaan, Suzie Binch has an in-depth knowledge of her hometown which makes her an ideal guide. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and her strong marketing and people skills bring buyers and sellers together with positive results time and again. She is known for her listening skills, anticipating her clients’ needs, attention to details and follow through. She says, “I treat my clients just as I would like to be treated. This business is all about establishing and maintaining relationships, trust, confidence, and getting the job done.”
Her previous training, working for an Architect and experience in interior design contribute to her talents in “staging” homes for sale (a complimentary service for clients), as well as helping buyers to envision the potential of a property they are considering. In praise of her prowess at “staging”, recent clients said, “You’ve made the house look so wonderful that we may not want to leave!”
Of New Canaan, Suzie says, “With the many changes over the years, the foundation of a wonderful community with strong values still exists. One of New Canaan’s many attractions is that in recent years the town has become much more eclectic, with more varied professions and residents from around the world.”
Suzie’s community involvement over the years includes serving on the New Canaan Women’s United Nations Group, the Development Committee for Waveny Care Center, and as a Board member of the New Canaan Chapter American Red Cross.
