Suzy Taylor is not only a wonderful friend but also, a highly professional and ambitious powerhouse when it comes to real estate. She both sold my previous home and helped me find my new one, amidst one of the most challenging markets to date. Suzy sold my home in under 24 hours [significantly above asking price] and then proceeded to work tirelessly to make my dream of owning a single family home a reality. Unfortunately, three homes did not work out, however, what meant the most was she lost absolutely no momentum. Not only did she respond to my every phone call, she was first on the scene when my now current home came onto the market. We had to act fast and smart- and Suzy did just that. I decided to sell my home of over 35+ years and move out of state. I wanted to do this as quickly as possible and contacted Suzy at the recommendation of a friend. Suzy came over the day after I called her and we immediately made a plan to get the house on the market within a little over a month. Suzy and Jeff Taylor were the best team that we could have hoped for to help get our property sold at a time when the market wasn’t yet so hot. Even before we were ready to put our house on the market (it needed some updating and work), Suzy and Jeff were always responsive to our emails, phone calls and texts, and they tirelessly provided advice and reassurance (we were nervous sellers) on all matters real estate.
