Svetlana Stepanovic

Svetlana Stepanovic fell in love with Nashville in 1998 when she came to interview at Vanderbilt University where she then got her PhD in science and worked for 14 years in medical research. In the next three years, she promptly fell in love with houses in general, the space and the design, but also with the thrill of finding, financing, and buying them to allow for wealth growth through the process of remodeling and renting them out. She has been helping families and individuals invest in real estate to the tune of $5m+ per year.

With time she discovered that taking care of properties and her renters gave her meaning, pleasure, and friendships. Now that she cannot buy any more homes for herself, she decided to keep the thrill going by helping her clients find a cozy home to live, enjoy, and do well with, or help those looking to build wealth via real estate, short and long-term.

Other than homes – she adores people, kids, travel, dance, food, and has recently fallen in love with biking.
