As a first time home buyer, using a FHA 203k loan ,Sybil made the the knowingly difficult process, one that seemed manageable and achievable.She was very knowledgeable, attentive and patient to what I was looking for and what would be best for me long term. She made herself readily available for any questions I may have had and often vouched on my behalf to reach the closing table. Where do I begin? Sybil is the BEST there is. This was my fifth real estate transaction with her over the past 17 years. I keep coming back for a reason! Her attention to detail is second to none. Sybil and her team were confident from day 1 that my house would sell quickly. And they were not wrong!!! It was all due to her total commitment and this was done without having to set out a for sale sign and long and drawn out showings. She got the job done and fast!!! She never steered me wrong, so I always took her and her team’s advice.

Who sells a home, in a pandemic – and AT A PROFIT? Sybil Martin does!

Please take a minute to read how Sybil was able to sell our home at a good price DURING THE CORONOAVRUS QUARANTTINE!

We were trying to sell our bungalow in the Chicago neighborhood of Chatham. For 9 months our agent had open houses, a few walk throughs, but zero offers.

By Springtime, we had talked to different agents , who were giving us a very low number (not enough to pay the mortgage AND seller fees). But Sybil had confidence we could get that to a more reasonable number for us.

We hadn’t finished signing all the paperwork when Sybil had already scheduled our first showing. After opening weekend (which was in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic!), we had gotten 3 offers.

What difference she made! She does an amazing job with marketing, and she gets REAL results, and has been great to communicate with.

Her marketing materials were amazing – so superior to our Baird and Warner agent.

We would very much recommend Sybil Martin to anyone. She is worth every penny!
