Sydney Cobb

Sydney Cobb, who is originally from Louisville, GA and currently resides in Wilmington Island, works as our Buyers Agent and Team Coordinator. She graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies. Sydney was drawn to the Savannah lifestyle and loves the historic yet evolving culture of the city. She has worked with a wide range of clients from first time home buyers, families relocating into the area, sellers, and investors. Her prior studies and experience have prepared her for catering to the many different needs of home buyers and sellers through communication and a strong attention to detail and organization. When Sydney’s not assisting her buyers and sellers, you can find her on a boat in the Savannah waterways, at a rooftop downtown with friends, or traveling. Her eagerness and passion for her clients is what motivates her to help her clients reach their real estate goals!
