Sydney Rhame

Sydney Rhame is a Real Estate Professional who has lived in Chapin, SC for the past 16 years with her husband and two children. Before moving to Chapin, she lived in the historic district, Cottontown, in downtown Columbia, SC. Raised in Charlotte, NC she earned her degree in Paralegal Studies from CPCC and The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Sydney worked in the legal arena for several years before turning her attention to the medical field. She earned a degree in Dental Assisting.

Her work experience also included working for her father's trucking company for 12 years where she handled accounting. After marrying in 1997 and moving to Columbia, SC she began the next phase in life as a wife and mother. Full-time motherhood became her calling after the arrival of her first child. Sydney was involved in PTO, homeroom mom, team parent, fundraisers, and mentoring at her children's school.

After several wonderful years as a full-time stay-at-home mom, Sydney now enjoys her passion for working in Real Estate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Representing homeowners and future homeowners, Sydney is committed to listening to her client's needs and utilizing her keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction. As a current Columbia/Chapin resident, she is well-connected and actively involved in the community.
