My family and I have been searching for a house for 3 years. This was a tough pandemic time to search and buy. From viewing dozens and dozens of homes, we finally found our dream home.

Fahd went ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations as a real estate agent. I appreciate how he sent us homes on the private listing. He has excellent negotiation skills. Additionally, it was helpful that he had knowledge and researched the specifics of each subdivision we were considering moving into. He communicated well with our real estate attorney, lender, HOA to ensure a timely and efficient closing. His efforts allowed us to close and lock our rate.

I was a selective buyer with specific requests in what my family needed in a home. Fahd was able to deliver the home of our dreams to us. He knows real estate INSIDE OUT. He thinks ahead to prevent any issues from delaying a close. He is an experienced and well educated agent that has a true passion for what he does. Fahd is an outstanding broker, goes the extra mile, and is a true advocate for his clients. Before using him we were in somewhat of a standstill with our home search and contacted Fahd at the recommendation of a friend. He got to know us, took interest in the location and features that made us happy, and honed the search to properties he knew we would like. We found a home we loved but initially thought it was way out of our price range. I would recommend Fahd anyday. He is the most hardworking and honest person I have dealt with. True to his word! My experience from start to finish was amazing. Any and all hurdles that came our way during this whole process he tackled with grace and efficiency. Always ready to step in and take care of anything that I was not able too. We had the most incredible home buying experience working with Fahd! We were informed every step of the way on what to expect at every interval. Fahd is a true professional with an incredible sense of urgency and his proactive nature was greatly appreciated, and most of all he worked with us 24/7. I’d have questions as early as 7am all the way until midnight, and he was always available to immediately assist and most of all alleviate any concerns. He made the process easy to understand, and kept everything very simplified. If you’re looking for a home, I’d 100% recommend Fahd!!!!

Fahd always made himself available to go see any house we wanted to whenever was convenient for us. Given the competitive market Fahd always jumped on the new houses to make sure we could see them before they went under contract. Fahd always had our best interest throughout the process and always had time for us no matter what we had questions on or needed help with. We had initially planned to work with Fahd to help sell our home in Mount Prospect. We planned to list in March, but in lieu of the chaos during the beginning stages of the pandemic, Fahd advised to hold off just in case things get worse, which they did when the stay in place went into effect for almost 2 months!

He didn’t rush us to list like most other realtors we’ve heard of. But instead, he helped keep an eye on the market and used the time to help promote our home for when things start to stabilize.

We eventually listed our home late May. Fahd went the extra mile by communicating with realtors of potential buyers to ensure they are practicing COVID safe protocols by wearing booties, providing hand sanitizer, and that they arrive and leave within their given appointment times. All of his dedication and hard work paid off when our home sold under 30 days of listing for the best possible value, that too in the middle of a pandemic!!!!

Because of his commitment, knowledge and professionalism it was an easy decision for us to have him as our realtor in the buying process also. Putting our trust in him truly gave us a peace of mind. In this competitive market, he helped us find our new home just as fast as he helped us sell!

Selling a home can be a very daunting and nerve-wracking process. But thanks to Fahd, it was smooth sailing. He made the whole process very easy for us. With two young kids and both my wife and I working from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Fahd was able to coordinate house viewing appointments that didn’t disrupt our day to day. He marketed the home very well and within three weeks of listing, we accepted an offer. He is very transparent and puts the clients best interest first. He never gave my wife and I the feeling of ever being out of the loop. With his guidance We could not have been able to sell quickly. There are plenty of realtors out there to chose from, but none will compare to what Fahd brings to the table which is the family mentality and does everything in his power to help you achieve your goal. Selling a house can be a stressful event. Selling a house during a pandemic and having to move out of state for work before it sells just makes it even more so. My personal experience is definitely not the norm, but what I can say is that I am happy and blessed that I had FAHD and his team working for me. While this was not my first time selling a property, I can say that he definitely went above and beyond what would considered to be the norm. FAHD is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, honest and upfront. He won’t hesitate to tell you the truth and give you advice, and I have found that those qualities are sometimes lacking in an agent merely because they want to make a quick commission and move on. I found FAHD to be responsive and due to my situation, he was a lot more involved than usual, of which I will forever be appreciative, only because he knew my personal situation and wanted to help make this sale as smooth and stress free as possible. Since first meeting him, I could tell FAHD takes his role seriously and cares deeply about making sure his clients get the most out of their experience.
