Sylvia Mallarino

As a full-time Realtor since 2001, Sylvia has a very accomplished record. A 20-year resident of Atlanta's Morningside neighborhood, her specialty is the Intown neighborhoods, particularly Morningside, Virginia-Highland, Druid Hills, Ansley Park and LaVista Park. Sylvia is a Founding Member of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's Intown Office and reached top agent status numerous times at her former companies and is a Life Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club. She was also a Senior Marketing Consultant and on the Associate Leadership Council at her former brokerage companies.

Sylvia is fluent in Spanish and received her bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration from The University of Texas at Austin. She was born in Colombia, South America, and raised in New York, Florida and Texas. Sylvia was an airline executive (American Airlines and Delta Air Lines) for 15 years, where she directed international route expansion. Sylvia has traveled extensively throughout North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia.

Sylvia's husband, Dr. Bert Bras, is a faculty member of the George W. Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering at Georgia Tech and is a native of The Netherlands. Their son, Jackson Harris, is an alumni of the Paideia School in Druid Hills and attends Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
