Sylvia Strong is pleasant to work with, genuinely cares for her clients and provided a high quality of service and expertise for the sale of my house. I am glad I chose a “full time” realtor that was responsive any time of day and 7 days a week. She was meticulous in her work and I felt very confident with her advice. It is obvious that she stays current on the market fluctuations and any changes that affect real estate.
Sylvia and her husband went the extra mile for me on the last day when the moving van ran out of room. I was never so happy when Sylvia and her husband showed up with a pickup truck and helped with some trips to the landfill! You won’t find that care and concern in a written contract. I highly recommend Sylvia Strong.

Sylvia was very helpful and patient in helping me find a new home here in San Antonio. She was quick to respond to questions, she kept me informed and listened to what I was looking for. I changed the specs on her at least twice and she was okay with it. Her goal was for me to find what I felt I could call home. She is very professional and knowledgeable in what she is doing. My wife and I were introduced to Sylvia when we came across some land we were interested in. From the time we spoke to Sylvia we had an immediate connection. We have worked with several realtors in the past and have always had a good experience. It was no different with sylivia. She took great care of us from the beginning.
The process from start to finish took a little time since we were doing a package deal; land and home. Sylvia knew exactly what to do every step of the way and kept us informed of absolutly everything. There was never a time that we were kept wondering what our next step was. She was always ready to communicate and always had the most updated information for us. I can truly say that we made a life long friend after our deal was done.

Sylvia was amazing. My situation was a little unique. I was looking for a house, but did not need to move right away. So, I was able to wait for a house that felt right for me without compromising what I wanted. This process took over 2 years and involved looking at properties all the way from San Antonio to Bandera, TX. Sylvia was patient the whole process and did not try to talk me into a decision I was not ready to make. Also, she helped me find a better mortgage company than the one I originally chose. She listened to my preferences and, I believe, did her best to accommodate those preferences. I would and will definitely recommend Sylvia Strong to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Working with Sylvia Strong was a pleasure right from the start. She was ALWAYS available to show me homes and take me to places to see new construction. She took the time to understand that this home was our retirement home and knew how special that was to my wife and I. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and it showed while she was showing me around for prospective areas to build. She followed up and followed through on everything she said she would. She acted as our eyes and ears while our home was being built since we were still living on the east coast during construction. I trusted her implicitly as we went through the process from beginning to closing. She kept the builder accountable for everything they promised to deliver. I have built six homes in my lifetime and this one was the last, most important and most challenging since we were 1400 miles away. I can say without hesitation, it wouldn’t have gone as well if we didn’t have Sylvia looking out for us and ensuring our equities were being met. I cannot thank her enough for all of her help, expertise, and friendship throughout.

In my 55 years of moving all over the state of Texas I have needed to sell a lot of homes. Most of them I have gone through RE/Max because of the quality of people they have.

Sylvia has been by far the best realtor I have ever worked with in all my years of moving. She went above and beyond more than any other realtor I have ever worked with. I lived 300 miles away, which created lots of problems with contractors, repairs, and everything else. She had all the answers and people to contact.

If I could give her six stars, I would. She is an outstanding realtor that I would highly recommend to anyone.

By far the very best experience in buying and selling a home.
Mrs. Sylvia Strong guided us through the process of selling our home and explained how you would calculate the value of your home that made sense.
From the professional photography to the detailed description, brought in house buyers very quickly. So fast we did not know where to stay temporary as we where deciding to either build or buy an exsisting home.
So, the hunt was on to find the perfect home in a short period of time or to have a new house built...
Sylvia organized the selling of our home while taking all of our new home requirements.
She prepared lists of homes from her Remax realtor website for us to view.
We narrowed down the houses to a short list which she coordinated showings to, along the way, explaining the value and comparative costs in order for to us make a well informed decision.
Sylvia did such a great job with the banks and title companies, that we were able to sell our house (close on it) and buy our already built home (close on it) the very next day.
Her coordinated skill sets did not stop there, she made pre-arrangements with both title companies allowing us to bring our two dogs with us, since we we could not locate a dog sitter in such a short time frame.
We are a military family and we have never experienced such a great and professional realtor, we would recommend Sylvia Strong to anyone including military families arriving or leaving San Antonio, she is the right person for the job!
