Sylvia Tonhaeuser was my realtor for the purchase of my new home. I feel she did an awesome job. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process of purchasing the house. She showed me many houses that were for sell. Even after I was in the process of buying my house she sent the information about the bills that would be needed. I will recommend her to all my friends for selling and buying a house.

Sylvia is smart, professional, and responsive. She is basically on call like a doctor would be, and she can multitask like no one I've ever seen! We had a difficult situation with a buyer for our house, and Sylvia acted quickly and intelligently with a strategy to re-list our house which ended up working in our favor. She's on the ball and really does work hard for her clients.

Sylvia was amazing to work with! Not only was she super responsive when contacted, but she was very available. For us first time home buyers, Sylvia was beyond helpful during this process. She answered any and all of our many questions! She was able to help point out details that we would have overlooked or never known about due to lack of experience. She made the home buying experience easy and less stressful. She was flexible and understanding when it came to my crazy and different schedule. Sylvia was amazing selling our house and she sold it quicker than we had expected! She was responsive, thorough and knowledgeable. She handled all the details making it stress free for us.
