Sylvia West

A consummate real estate professional with deeply woven roots in Sonoma County, Sylvia West has been putting her clients at ease since 2003. She is ranked in the local industry as one of the top 5% of agents in Santa Rosa for successfully selling homes and one of the top 20% of local agents for representing single family homes. Sylvia’s solid reputation is due to her focus on quality of experience for her clients and colleagues, to the extent that she now finds herself working with multiple generations of clients on a frequent basis. After working for many years in customer service for the health, life, and disability insurance industry, Sylvia channeled her joy of looking at houses and following the local market into her next career: “I love working with people and helping them realize their dreams. Touring the beautiful homes of Sonoma County is always so much fun, whether it’s the luxury homes of Montecito Heights, or the excitement of seeking and finding that perfect first home for a family.” Sylvia specializes in all aspects of residential real estate, assisting clients with everything from relocation to luxury properties and second homes.

Sylvia’s family has been in Sonoma County since her grandparents emigrated from Sweden at the turn of the 20th Century. In fact, she spent much of her childhood at their chicken ranch in Petaluma on Lundberg Avenue, a street named after her family. A graduate of Piner High School, Santa Rosa Junior College, and Sonoma State University, Sylvia has cultivated a lifetime of knowledge and enjoyment right where she works. When she’s not spending time with her two grown children, Brittany and Brandon, she loves to hike at Jack London State Park or Walk along the Sonoma Coast.
