5 stars is not enough ...
I don't know where to start, from start to finish Symone was on her A game! She put my house on the market and it was under contract within less than 12 hours. Then on top of that we went to closing 24days after that. With all that being said we knew Symone was the right agent to help us find our new home, And she did! Thank me later,

I wish I could give Symone more stars. This woman was amazing from start to finish. We literally woke up September 6,2022 and decided to purchased a home. After seeing 4 homes, we were under contract in less than 30 days and went to closing on November 2, 2022. Now tell me that wasn’t Amazing!!

Ms. Symone Smith is simply amazing! At first I wasn’t sure if I was going to use her or another local realtor. After conducting interviews I knew I had to use her. She is well versed on new construction, resale, and also VA Loan. As a first time homebuyer I was extremely lost and I her expertise brought me comfort every step along the way. She provided all correspondence and ensured professional inspectors were used before closing on the property. Ms. Symone is also humble and will find answers to ALL of your questions.
