Szadrii Medina was born and raised in Southern New Hampshire, but with most of her family in the Northern Massachusetts, she too is familiar with the area.
She currently owns a Real Estate Investment company with 3 partners, her husband, her father and her brother. They started their business a little over 4 years ago in hopes to help people and make a difference in people’s lives that they work with. Prior to Real Estate she was working in the local hospitals doing administrative and customer service work, as well as attending night school to get her nursing degree.
Fast forward to today, a wife and currently working on her bachelor’s degree in Business Admin., Szadrii continues to thrive in real estate. To date, her company currently owns 3 passive income builders (rentals), she has completed 13 residential rehabs, as well as mentored and partnered with many other investors in multiple real estate transactions. She does all the interior/ exterior design for their projects as well as the staging to get the homes ready for market.
