T. Cody is an accomplished realtor working in the Wayzata area specializing in lake homes, new construction, luxury properties, and equestrian estates.
An Arizona State University alum, T. Cody majored in architecture and minored in urban planning. After graduating in 2007, he started Turnquist Design, a design-centric contracting company specializing in residential and commercial design, development, and remodels. He teamed up with Andrew Spilseth in 2012 to form Turnquist Spilseth Real Estate Group
T. Cody brings a unique perspective to his work as a realtor thanks to his architectural background. Not only is he adept at sales, but he can talk through construction and design informing buyers and sellers about their property’s nuances. Cody is an avid competitive sailor in the J24 and E Scow fleets. He is also a triathlete and enjoys giving back to his community whenever possible. At home, T. Cody is a proud husband and father to his beautiful, loving wife Meredith and their two sons, Lane, 2, and Cade, 1. They live on a 40-acre hobby farm in Medina, where they raise an assortment of horses, chickens, and cattle!
