T.J. Rieland brings a lifetime of local knowledge and hands-on experience to Santa Fe real estate. After moving to Santa Fe in the 1980s, he earned a degree in political science from the University of New Mexico and played college baseball as a pitcher at New Mexico Highlands University—an experience that shaped his competitive drive and strong work ethic. Before real estate, T.J. co-managed Roy’s Pest Control & Tree Service, giving him an insider’s perspective on Santa Fe’s diverse properties, from construction and maintenance to landscaping. His deep understanding of home systems and property conditions allows him to provide invaluable insight to buyers and sellers alike.
Beyond real estate, T.J. is committed to the Santa Fe community. He serves as a District 4 Planning Commissioner for the City of Santa Fe and sits on the board of the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association, staying actively involved in the city's growth and development.
