T.W. 'Tom' Fisher

Thomas was born and raised in Coeur d'Alene with a work ethic and drive to give everything 110. Thomas worked for the Hagadone Corporation for 14 years and then started T.W. Fisher's Brewpub and the Coeur d'Alene Brewing Company in 1987. He grew the business into a full restaurant/brewpub, doubled the size of the brewery three times, and added a bottling line. At the peak, they had several types of beers with distribution in five states with over forty distributors. They won The Great American Beer Festival Gold Medal for "Best Pale Ale in America".

Thomas started with Century 21 Beutler & Associates in 2002, after the sale of T.W. Fisher's Brewpub and the Coeur d'Alene Brewing Co. He earned "Rookie of the Year" in his first year there and achieved the honor of "Centurion" every year since joining the company, along with a "Double Centurion" in 2012. His sales put him in the top 2% of all Century 21 agents worldwide for 10 years.

Thomas moved to Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty in December of 2012 to join the largest and most successful realty company in North Idaho, allowing him to better serve his clients. In 2013, they opened the "Previews" office at 101 N. 2nd Street in downtown Coeur d'Alene, across from the Coeur d'Alene Resort. He was fortunate enough to be chosen as one of the agents for that office.
