Tabitha helped us buy our first home. As painful as the process can be she made us feel comfortable every step of the way. She was hardworking throughout the whole process. She never gave us false information. If she didn’t know the answer right away she researched and did due diligence on every concern or question we had. We loved her fun, dedicated, honest personality. She made sure we found the home we love and wouldn’t settle for less. I 100% recommend Tabitha as your realtor. We did and it was the best decision we could have made in our home buying process.

Tabitha Hamilton is so responsive, I do recall an incident where we put in a call to Tabitha, to look at a house, she was so fast and setting it up and meeting us at the house to be seen, that it took some time for her shoes to catch up with her. LOL. Tabitha‘s personality and responsiveness is a great asset to the real estate.

Tabatha is an amazing realator. She spent weeks showing us homes to help us find the one for us. She kept in touch daily and was happy to show us homes on a whim. Her positive attitude and determination made the whole process a pleasant experience. Once we found our home she fought to get us the best deal! If we ever need a realtor again she would be our first choice.

Tabatha had my condo sold before it even listed her vast inventory, selection of buyers & sellers is unmatched IMO. She made Sure we understood the entire process of being a seller and our responsibilities to make sure the condo was sold. Although we hit some snags they were all minor & being a motivated seller these were nothing items that just needed checked off. She made sure we got the most money for our condo & we are grateful for her professionalism, her kindness, and met all of our concerns. Tabatha was not only a personal friend before she helped me buy a house but she proved to be a determined realtor! She worked endlessly to make sure that I found the PERFECT house for me and my twin boys!
