I met Tabatha King in mid February 2016 when she showed my home at 1620 Piedmont Road, Griffin, GA and within two days she presented a contract to purchase through my listing agent April English. I am an 81 year old widow recovering from a recent serious health issue and I was never asked to leave when my house was being shown. Being a retired broker myself I certainly knew not to interfere. I found Agent King to be very kind and professional and not resentful at all that I was present during her showing. She presents herself well personally and she is an excellent representative of her profession. I understood she was showing potential buyer several properties that day and her showing of my home was rather brief, yet I felt very positive that he was a qualified buyer and that many features of my home seemed to meet what he was looking for. I told my agent how impressed I was with Agent King and the positive feelings I had with this showing. From contract acceptance to closing I saw how hard Agent King worked, keeping me updated, making changes, dealing with the lender and all things a sales agent deals with. I was shown the utmost respect from beginning through closing. I chose my listing agent carefully and made the right choice. I didn't have the opportunity, of course, to choose selling agent, but I could not have chosen a better one even if the opportunity had been mine. I very highly recommend Agent Tabatha King for any real estate need, whether you are selling or buying in or near her area. She and my listing agent worked well together, though they never met face to face until closing. I was fortunate to have been involved with both of them. As I previously stated, I am a retired and inactive real estate broker. I say that again to say this, I still feel qualified to evaluate those I deal with 'in the business.'
