I worked with Tabitha on the sell of my home. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Extremely energetic, knowledgeable, and hard working. She's very in touch with what the housing market trends are and uses that knowledge to your advantage to get you the best possible value out of your home. She won't be pushed around by other agents and she stays focused on getting your deal closed in a proper timely manner. I had high expectations due to her stellar reputation in the tri-state area and she even exceeded those. I couldn't possibly recommend her enough.

I’m saying this with absolutely no hyperbole involved, Tabitha is probably the best person to have in your corner when you are looking to buy or sell a house. We’ve done both with her and the experiences were wonderful. I’ve purchased both a personal home and a commercial building with Tabitha. I’ve also had her sell a personal home. Tabitha has a way of remembering all the most important details to get the perfect house. Her out of the box marketing and thinking makes sure any house you list with her has the best chance to sell. My favorite part is how serious she takes her job but also how fun she makes it. We laughed a lot and enjoyed the entire process.
