I am a second time homeowner, renting out my original property, while living in my new home. I had no idea how to handle the process and was fortunate to find Tabitha. She helped me with the process and I followed her instructions along the way. She managed everything and made my endeavor mostly worry free. I heard horror stories about renting properties to others but never experienced a single issue. Tabitha ensured that all interested parties were quality applicants and that they would take care of my home as I did. The first paid a year in advance and remained a second. The next renter loved my home so much that they bought it from me! Neither renter ever missed a payment nor were they late, even during this pandemic. I don’t believe any of this would have been possible or transitioned so smoothly if not for Tabitha. I never thought that I would have had such a pleasant experience.

Tabitha went well above and beyond to assist us in finding a new home in a very difficult market. She worked very hard and has my respect for her determination to find us a home at our price point in a good neighborhood. Her work and personal ethics are above reproach. If we ever need to venture into the real estate market again, we will definitely go to her again.

I am thoroughly pleased working with Tabitha to find our home. She made the process much easier than buying my first house. Also, she looked in to the quality if the houses and neighborhoods that I was interested in to make sure they were safe. She could have let me go in blind, but she didn't. I would gladly recommend her to anyone and will use her again if I buy another house.

We have been doing real estate business with Tabitha for over four years. There has not been one instance where we needed to reach her and she did not make us a priority.

She was honest, even when we were hoping for a different response. She never said what we wanted her to say. We valued her opinion and knew that she cared about our real estate needs.

We would refer her to anyone and know she would give them the same quality service. For all of our housing needs (sale, purchase etc) Tabitha will be at the top of our list to call.
