Tad Dixon

While Tad Dixon was growing up in Charlotte and attending Appalachian State University, he spent many weekends in Western North Carolina hiking Pisgah National Forest, fly fishing clear mountain streams, and skiing the slopes of the local mountains. As an adult, Asheville stood out to Tad because it is a culturally diverse area with strong ties to art, music, and a passion for living well. So, after a successful career in corporate marketing and public relations, he and his wife moved their family here in 2005. After many years working for the largest brokerage firm in WNC, Tad started Dixon Pacifica Real Estate with a singular goal of providing honest, trustworthy real estate services. As a rental property owner, investor, and contractor, he has first-hand experience with all aspects of Asheville real estate and enjoys sharing this expertise with clients.
