We decided to tackle the crazy market during the pandemic. had things occur during this process that forced us to want to give up (none were because of us nor our realtor). Life happened. Sellers were super greedy. We were over it. Takiyah fought really hard to get us to see the light at the end of the tunnel. We were so frustrated we were willing in order to settle, but Takiyah would not allow us to bend on our wants. Instead, she spent late nights and early mornings searching for a home for our family. Her hard work and dedication paid off in the end. We are completely satisfied with our purchase.
What we love most about Takiyah is that she is a great communicator, great customer service, and knowledgeable. There wasn’t a question she did not have an answer for… no matter how silly the question appeared her response was always “O want to make sure you completely understand, this is a large purchase, and my job is to make sure you are completely satisfied! I will gladly explain this to you” sometimes she had to explain things multiple times and we were greeted with the same professional each time! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!

When my wife and I partnered up with Ms. Holmes we found someone that was fully committed to ensuring our needs was 100% fulfilled even past the closing date.

She responded to every single message in a timely manner even the 12am "hi sorry to bother you BUT this house just popped on the market can we go see it"? In our experience, she personally took us out to see many many properties, and some days we were able to see up to 5 in a day. Ms. Holmes is a person that walked us through every single step of the process and educated us in the process ( Hi, Ms. Holmes........What is .......Who needs google .......).

She not only provided us with a great experience but she considered our entire family needs. I felt as if she prides herself on the ability to meet people where they are and to help comfort them through those valley moments (Psalm 23:4).

We had some crying moments and plenty of laughter ( get the boxing gloves) throughout our journey with Ms. Holmes. We consider her family now. Welcome to the Brooks family and we will see you at our HOME warming.

This was my first home buying experience and she made so easy of a process for me. I thought buying a home would be a terrifying experience but Takiyah made it extremely easy for me. I appreciate and am grateful to have had her for my real estate agent. I recommend her highly.

I contacted Takiyah about 2 years ago to discuss what I would need to purchase a home. Her name was given to me by friend that enjoyed the process they had with her. I met her in person and it was such a great experience. I was not ready at that time but had used the information she provided me to prepare me to purchase a home. I then reconnected with her about August or September of 2020 and she was Always professional, responsive, gave great information and was great as we went to see the homes. In December of 2020 we selected our home and won the bid on a home we really liked. We closed on January 19, 2021. I am elated to say, she has made this process so much better that I could have expected. She helped to set my expectations and told me of the disappointments that you may not have the winning bid which did happen and I wanted to cry. She kept me encouraged, and focused that the right house is still out there for us. I am happy my husband and I was so fortunate to have her as our realtor. You will too. I would choose her again and again! She is awesome!!!!

After a very, very long year of ups and downs with financing and COVID I finally have my house and Takiyah stayed with me the entire time. When my financing fell through after I lost my job due to covid, she kept in touch and when it was time to get back out there she was ready and by my side. From house hunting, starting a year ago, to closing in December, Takiyah stuck with me through the entire process. She’s amazing.

From the beginning of my home buying and selling process, I never had to call Mrs.HOLMES she was always diligent, And extremely professional at all times!
If you’re looking to buy a home without any red tape from the real estate side Mrs.HOLMES is the person you need to call, through her I sold my house and bought a new one in adequate time! I truly love my new home and I am blessed to have found her!
