As a first time home buyer, Tamar made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable every step of the way. Even with the market being more favorable for the buyer, I never felt like I was being pushed to wait it our or move forward in a direction I didn’t choose. Tamar was very responsive whenever I had concerns or questions. She does her job with confidence and professionalism and she’s the first person I’d recommend as a realtor.

I hardly write reviews but when the service is truly outstanding I do. I can't speak highly enough of my experiences with Tamar Myers-Moffatt in locating suitable investment properties. I have found her to be a constant professional, focused on my distinct requirements, and promptly responsive. Although I believe I am knowledgeable, Tamar has anticipated issues in the process I did not foresee and has provided me valuable recommendations backed by stats. In past years, before working with Tamar, I have dealt with other realtors and they cannot closely compare to the service she provides. She listens, always keeps me in the know and explains clearly and honestly what is going on. I have learned to trust in Tamar’s expertise. She really goes above and beyond her duties as a realtor. I have recommended her to several of my colleagues. I plan to continue to work with Tamar on my future investment endeavors.

Choosing Tamar as my realtor was by far THE best decision I made in my journey to home ownership! With this being my first time buying a home, she took the time to explain the process from start to finish, answer my questions, be on the lookout for listings in my price point and offer recommendations for reputable mortgage lenders and home inspectors. She went above and beyond to work with a listing agent to ensure I was the first person to express interest in a property before it officially went on the market, the first to see the property (days ahead of the open house) and the first person to put in an offer. Thanks to her business savvy, impeccable negotiation skills and keen ability to write an attractive offer, I was able to position myself as a solid buyer in a very competitive, sellers' market during COVID-19.
