She is absolutely one of the most inventive, hard-working, dynamic and high-energy real estate agents that I've ever worked with and I would highly recommend her services, without reservation, to everyone seeking a real estate professional! Let me explain why. Her other client, providing our introduction, was involved in a business relocation from Ohio. He was house-sitting in one of her listings in my neighborhood while she was trying find a suitable property for him in Fayette county and he was trying to sell his home in Ohio. This inventive arrangement helped the owner of her listing and helped her prospective buyer with no cost temporary living arrangements. Tamara's listed property house sitter maintained the local listing in perfectly staged condition for all potential buyers that came to the listing and otherwise provided security for what would have been a vacant house. This listing sold. When I met her Ohio client he explained Tamara's inventive style and high-energy approach to her work to me and suggested that she could help me with my real estate needs. I had previously rented my property but my tenants had moved out. I decided to try to sell my property and met with Tamara and her house-sitting, prospective buyer, client. Tamara listed my home. She staged my vacant property at no cost with her own stock of furniture with meticulous detail (let me mention she's trained and certified as a home stager). I got the same house sitting advantages as her previously sold listing in my neighborhood. After a few months of listing I realized that my home was not going to sell because of market dynamics, not any deficiency on Tamara's part. Tamara and I discussed, formulated and implemented a backup plan of re-renting my property. She found impeccably qualified renters from North Dakota for my property within 30 days of changing strategy and I am now receiving top dollar rental for my property.

Upon teaming up with Sean, he immediately began sending us house listings according to the search criteria we provided. He promoted honest conversation and was open to our feedback on the homes, which led us to homes that fit our desires more and more closely as we continued the search. He was also patient with us and showed understanding of our desire to find a home we loved. He did not push us in a direction we did not want to go, but rather listened to our preferences and did his best to find homes that accommodated them. Sean met up with us on two Saturdays and showed us several homes each day, sacrificing several hours of his time for us. Sean was even able to get us into the home we ultimately purchased the day before it officially went on the market, giving us a valuable head start on competing homebuyers. When my wife and I later decided we were ready to make an offer on that home, Sean was quick to respond and take the necessary actions to get the offer in promptly. Through the negotiating process Sean made us aware of all the terms of the purchase that were negotiable, beyond just the purchase price, which he then utilized to save us about $6000. During the closing process, Sean helped us navigate several obstacles. We only had one month between having the offer accepted and the closing date insisted on by the seller. Sean stayed in close contact with the lender to make sure things stayed on track in order that the closing date would not be compromised. Additionally, after my wife and I encountered a possible deal-breaker scenario, Sean was consistently available, and he counseled us through the options and gave us valuable and objective advice on how to proceed. Again, he was not pushy, but showed sincere consideration for our circumstance. His honesty and concern for our well-being and stake in the outcome was apparent through it all.
