Tamara Campbell is a top producer with Coldwell Banker and has been awarded the coveted distinction of membership in the International President's Circle. Tamara has an extensive background in real estate. Experienced in all aspects of real estate from residential, to investment, to development, she has earned many awards for her high volume of listings and sales. A second-generation Realtor, she worked for Thomas Realty & Development Co in Burbank for many years. She was honored to earn the respect of her peers when she was elected to serve as a Director of the Burbank Board of Realtors.
Tamara holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from UCLA with a minor in Business and Administration.
Tamara is a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker. The California Department of Real Estate approved her to be licensed as a Real Estate Broker which is the highest designation with stringent licensing requirements offered by the State of California and the Department of Real Estate. She has knowledge and has completed college level coursework in the following areas: Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Finance, Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Real Estate Property Management.
She has received the distinguished International Diamond Award, International Sterling Society and President's Circle Awards from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage,
Tamara holds the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury designation, the luxury division of Coldwell Banker.
Tamara also holds the Accredited Buyer Representative, Short Sale/Foreclosure certification, Certified Negotiation Expert, Senior Residential Specialist designation from the National Association of Realtors. Tamara received the e-Pro Internet Technology designation.
She served as 2016 President of the Women's Council of Realtors. the 12th largest professional women's organization in the nation. Under her leadership, the council was awarded the Landmark Award for providing oustanding member value, the highest retention of membership in the nation and grew the chapter from a small network to a large network.
Her past community service includes serving on the Board of the Rotary Club of Thousand Oaks for four years as Club Administrator, Community Service Director and Publicity Director. She has also served as Publicity Director for the Westlake Village Garden Tour. She is very involved in the community and lives out her ideal of "Service Above Self".
