She went the extra mile to make sure all parties were satisfied during the transaction. I couldn’t have asked for a better representation.

Tamara is one of the most knowledgeable and well connected people I have encountered. Having her as my realtor for my first home buying experience was the best blind decision I ever made. I didn't know Tamara prior to attending one of her events and I am so glad I followed-up with her and chose her to guide me through the process. She goes to bat for her clients, carefully addresses their needs and makes sure that you understand every aspect of the process and are satisfied. As a first-time home buyer buying my first home was a huge step and investment. It was important that I identified a realtor who was accessible, knowledgeable, and committed to seeing me through the process; I found that and more in Tamara! Tamra walked me through the process from beginning to end including visiting multiple homesites before we settled on new construction- just so that I was clear and informed on all options. Although new construction seems like the easier road, I had many hiccups along the way in dealing with my initial lender- Tamara was able to advocate for me and ensure that I always knew my options and most importantly that we saw it through! I’m so appreciative of having her guide me through this process!

Tamara was the perfect realtor for me as a first time home buyer. She was recommended to me by a friend of my sister and she did not disappoint. This review HAD to be written! My husband and I recently closed on our home and had Tamara as our realtor…BEST DECISION EVER! She was referred to us by a friend that raved about her.

We live in Illinois and needed a realtor that could truly be there for us since we could not be in Maryland to see many of the houses in person. Tamara exceeded our expectations. Working with her was more like an experience that I wish more people could have! She was absolutely amazing. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind, patient, genuine, extremely helpful, educates you about home buying, is honest and really helps you throughout the ENTIRE process. She was always responsive and really dedicated to being the best possible realtor that she could be. She makes you feel valued and like you’re a 10 million dollar client!!

I’ve worked with other realtors and this is the first time that I witnessed someone care so much about their clients. She was involved, and it was as if the home we were looking to purchase was for her as well. She treats her clients with the utmost respect and provides the absolute best service.

I mean…I’m talking from our first ZOOM call up until our closing. She was great! Our process wasn’t easy either….we went through 13 offers before one was accepted and through it all Tamara only became even more awesome! She even sat through our 1.5 hour closing that took place over ZOOM since we were in Illinois. On closing day….oh my goodness Tamara congratulated us so beautifully with gifts that we still cannot believe and are beyond grateful for. Tamara is not only our realtor for life but she has definitely become our friend. This woman is AMAZING and has truly been a gift to us! Looking for a realtor…look no further….Tamara is IT!
